Priced perfectly to sell, not too high, not too low. Sure, the seller has the final say but the recommendation was ON point. 5) Not in the city but still want to sell it. Totally doable. We didn’t do our photography until we moved out a month later. Sold our place 100% remote without us being there. I could go on and on… but you get the point. I deal with various businesses over my life. Not many are real true professionals, as in like, CIA, FBI “pro” level professionals. As soon as the contract was signed, a professional photographer quickly arrived (the next day) to take pictures and create a virtual video tour that showed our condo to advantage. Having previously seen such videos, the quality of our condo’s virtual tour was excellent, much higher than we had anticipated.
The day after the photographer’s visit, our condo was posted on several platforms, including Centris, and the following day the first visit took place.
